I used to have a pair of glasses with flashing lights and sounds, but this was a long time ago. What are the good brands/models nowadays? I like the ones with the very bright lights and that offer many different pre-set light programs. I prefer to use my own music, so it should allow me to do this. Thank you!!!

To have successful self hypnhypnosis, one needs to understand just what it means. The hypnotic effect is accomplished by eliminating as much of the conscious level as one is capable. Having something that requires the use of the physical senses is not only contrary to the effort but, does not allow one to reach the desired level, for maximum effect.
