There are two discs and the first one gives you a brief history with frequently asked questions and information. Did you know that any hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis (also called auto-hypnosis)? That's why you can't hypnotize someone that doesn't want to be hypnotized. Hypnosis is a state of altered consciousness where the person is in a state of extreme suggestibility, when I do some of the hypnosis exercises I'll be sitting in Buddha style full lotus but consciousness kind of leaves you. I wonder what I look like? It's like sleeping, if you were having trouble sleeping and you did this lying down you'd be out like a sack of potatoes or whatever aha. I'm not sure if this was supposed to happen, or if I was in a dream-like state between waking consciousness and sleeping, but I was still sitting upright but I began to have visions of running through mine and my neighbor's yard. Then I returned to normal consciousness at the end of the exercise, and a few minutes later I had another memory from childhood in a sort of vision.
