Yes, I’ve self hypnosised myself a little. Not much, but I can seriously get rid of my hiccups with hypnosis. It’s worked every time I’ve tried O_O. (You simply (calmly) tell yourself “(name here), You don’t have to be nervous” you might have to rephrase it a little and if you dont say it right it wont work)
Anyways, just search hypnotize on google and read a few articles abotu it. You should get better eventually.
