Thanks for your question about this great physical induction self hypnosis technique which can be used by hypnotherapists for themselves or to teach their clients. This technique can be used by anybody who wants to practice self hypnosis. I am editing the footage of this technique right now and I also have the technique on paper in my new hypnosis training book which will be out soon.
