Have no idea what …
Have no idea what kind of monitor you have or what video card, but when in HD i can see it very slightly “moving” with that i mean there is some kind of wobbling effect turned on on really low settings (barely visible) yet friends of mine that didnt see it started to notice after looking closely. This aint making any difference to the video anyway. Eyes do get tense and you see distortion after a while, so it is working.

I clicked your link …
I clicked your link 2:43 and let it load the rest of the film. I dragged it back and fort from 2:43 to 2:59 to see if the image moves and the only thing moving is the grain effect but the image itself stays completely still.

Yes it works, but the picture at the end is slightly animated to strengthen the feeling. Even though its a slight movement.
