This is an induction used in my practice to render a state of Hypnosis in a client. You can use it to produce hypnosis and create a state of total relaxation- the technique can be used for self-hypnosis and repeated at any appropriate time to reduce stress, anxiety or increase motivation.

Often I use it to get a client into a state of mind to ist in the control of Chronic pain.
