I am 28 weeks pregnant. It says on the instructions to listen from 32 weeks onwards, without any other explanation. This company has other CD’s for relaxation during pregnancy, suitable for earlier than 32 weeks. Do you think they are just promoting their own products or would it be safe to listen to my CD from earlier than 32 weeks?

It would be hard to say without knowing what the subconscious commands where.

Have you listened to the tape yet? You will be ok - just skip the Inducation (physical relax) & any deepening journey that it yakes you on & listen to the commands that it gives that should help you to understand why?
