My approach to this I wouldn’t say the most effective way as we all know that we are all different individuals and have different personalities and different ways have different effect for each one of us…so…whatever is effective to you…then…that would be the most effective way to do it.
As for me…mine is just simple…to do self-hypnosis…I’ll just keep on repeating first to myself what I wanted to do or wanted to happen to myself…then will say it loud…then..louder and louder until I get to the point that I would feel that great self-confidence that I can finally do it or I can finally make it happen. May not be professional approach but it works for me.
