Hey, i’m just exploring some more unheard of methods to supplement my science revision, i have a series of lectures that i play while i sleep. I’m just wondering does this actually work? also can i use some form of self hypnhypnosis to maybe get my mind into a certain state which enables for a heightened Sense of learning. i.e. if i self hypnotize myself and play educational lectures in the background will it work?

Hypnosis can help increase your ability to focus. that is the main benefit has for learning. It can also be used to motivate you to study more and like the subject more. There have been no studies that show any kind of sleep learning works. What has been show to work is studying then taking a nap. It helps lock in the new info.
