Hypnosis is a mental process established by Sigmund Freud to analyze past experiences and dreams to be related with the present situations. There are many therapies as relaxation therapy that doesn’t need "strong will power". Remember that depression is an animus state of mind. The best suggestion that I can give you is to assist to a cognitive-conduct therapist to analyze all the things that are happening to you. Hello
Hypnosis has been around for centuries & is very affective for all manner of issues.
Self hypnosis techniques can be learnt quite easily, pop into my group & ask, visit Amazon - they have good selection of books.
Hypnosis is a natural state, so it is not something that your subconscious mind will find alien.
Visiting a hypnothrapist would probably be more beneficial, either for instruction or for formal hypnosis.
As you have anger issues at present, you may benefit from learning how to simply relax the body in the first instance.
