I’d have to say that lately my favorite food tends to be sushi. It’s expensive, sure, but very tasty. You just have to get over that “raw fish” stigma, first. Also, this one didn’t seem to work on me either. My guess would have to be that it’s because I had to read the words, drawing my attention away from the spiral. Audio might work better.
