I would try to refineit to hypnosis nlp (nlp is a very effective method) Within the website you see there may be some that offer free trials, or you may be able to download an mp3 file for very cheap just to try it out. I've also seen some on auction sites, but just be sure you are getting a file or CD from an actual certified hypnotist, not a person who is copying and mass producing what they think is hypnosis.
